Professional title: Lead Software Engineer

Reality:

I do everything to pay rent.

Full-stack developer, pentester, and the one who fixes infrastructures others left broken.

5 years making complicated things work and leading teams across 4 time zones. Now freelance available by the hour or project.

For SMEs and startups that want to hit the mark.

  • 0 times production down because of me
  • +5 years without selling smoke helping clients
  • 100% of projects delivered (the ones I accepted)
  • 2 startups as equity partner
  • 1 landing rewritten because the previous one was embarrassing

Tell me

What you need (MVP, audit, automation, AI, setup, support)

Approximate deadline

Estimated budget

I tell you if I can do it and how much it costs. Response in <24h. No sales calls. I won't try to sell you anything. I hate that as much as you do.

Send message

You already know what happens with other options

Other agencies:

  • First 1h call
  • Then 20-page proposal
  • Then "flexible" budget
  • 2 months later they start working

My system:

  • Email with what you need
  • Response in <24h with fixed price
  • We start when you say

What I do exactly

Product that works

I build APIs, databases, customs frontends business logic. It's not "cloud-native innovative" or "synergistic solution". It's code that works at 3AM.

Security (pentesting + audits)

I break into your own infrastructure like a real attacker. Then I tell you what you were doing wrong. Uncomfortable but necessary. +20 audits. 0 critical breaches left unnoticed.

Infrastructure that scales

AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD. It's not "modern DevOps" or "cloud optimization". It's making your app not explode when you have 50K simultaneous users.

Complicated integration stuff

That third-party API they document like hieroglyphics. I connect it. Those tools that don't talk to each other. I make them talk.

Technical setup and support

Team setup, server configuration, VPS setup. Technical support when something says goodbye during a demo. (It's not "windows update". It's real infrastructure)

What I'm NOT

  • I'm not a "digital consultant" (I don't sell air)
  • I don't make PowerPoint presentations of made-up methodologies
  • I don't work "for exposure" or equity without knowing who you are
  • I don't do WordPress (I don't like to insult myself)

Who I work for

Product that needs MVP in 3 months

You have the product defined and little margin. Your team (or you) is 100% on something else.

Backend and scalability without shortcuts to reach demo/sale.

App or website that's slow or crashes

It works... until it doesn't. Changing everything seems expensive.

Audit + quick optimization that saves time and money.

Orphan legacy code

It was made by people who are no longer here and nobody wants to touch it.

Audit, cleanup and documentation without 6 months of rewriting.

Security without dedicated team

You have firewalls and SSL, but nobody has tried to break it for real.

Audit + pentesting that finds what's missing.

Growth that caught you off guard

You went from 1K to 50K users and everything is struggling.

Optimization without rewrites that gives the system breathing room.

Tools that don't talk to each other

Shopify, Stripe, CRM, Sheets... each doing its own thing.

Equipment Assembly and Maintenance

Tell me what you want it for and how much you want to spend. I fight with parts, compatibility and drivers. You receive it turned on and without bloatware. If you want lights, we add them too.

Technical Support

When something breaks, you don't need "a ticket". You need someone to fix it. You notify me, I get in, leave it working and tell you what happened so it doesn't happen again. Real priority if it's production.

How I work

  1. We talk

    30-60 min

You tell me what you need, when, approximate budget. I tell you if I can do it, if it makes sense or if you need something else. (Many people realize here that they actually need something else)

  2. Proposal

    24-48h

Fixed price, real deadline, what will happen exactly. No "optimistic estimates" or "could be between X and 5X". Either it convinces you or not. No pressure.

  3. I do the work

Repo access, meetings when you need them (not 5/week). Builds/updates every Friday if it's a long project. I respond to email in <24h. Real emergencies → response in <2h.

  4. I deliver and disappear

Documented code, full access, 0 dependency on me. Last month of transition if it's critical. Then I'm available for bugs/emergencies but not as "perpetual support".

The difference with others

Others sell "iterative agile methodology". I sell: I deliver what I promised, when I promised, without pricing surprises.

Others have you in meetings for 6 months. I work. Asynchronous updates if they're not urgent.
